I am currently producing recombinant BirA biotin ligase for use in site-specific biotinylation of Avi-tagged influenza neuraminidase. Biotinylated neuraminidase will serve as a selection antigen for the isolation of neuraminidase-specific antibodies. This work supports ongoing efforts in the lab to identify and characterize novel antibody candidates targeting influenza neuraminidase.
My hobbies include photography, graphic design, swimming, and food!
