I am currently working under Dr. Gagoski and assisting with a variety of projects, including M13 phage display selections, as well as cloning and expression of variants of a Dengue Virus NS1 Protein fragment . I am also assisting with expression and purification of other proteins as biotin ligase and influenza neuraminidase proteins. Working at Einstein has allowed me to gain experience in many biochemical and molecular biology lab techniques and exposure to a variety of protein engineering methodologies and overall theory.

After my time here at Einstein concludes, I will continue my bachelor’s degree with hopes of pursuing medical school and pursuing continuous wet-lab biochemical research. Outside the lab, I love to backcountry ski, cook, and enjoy working as an EMT in my community.
