Keywords: antibody discovery, antibody engineering

I am currently working on collaboration projects involving the discovery of monoclonal antibodies (mABs) for neurological disease. These projects involve using a single B-cell sorting strategy to isolate and then produce target specific antibodies towards proteins hypothesized to cause disease in Charcot Marie Tooth Disease and Alzheimers Disease. We are currently working on designing bi-specific antibodies and utilizing phage display to improve the binding of mABs isolated by previous members of our group.

I have multiple hobbies I like to focus on during my free time. I’m a part of Team USA’s figure skating team. I also enjoy cooking, hiking, and traveling.
